Full job description

We are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to expand our team.

Job Description:

As Site Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running and daily monitoring of the site. You will also be responsible for setting up, putting into operation and demobilizing the site.

Your tasks will be:

• Supervise the site team and ensure daily monitoring of site activities;

• Order materials at the right time, coordinate deliveries and lifting;

• Establish working methods to respect execution schedules, and coordinate activities with other services;

• Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity;

• Establish the short-term schedule in collaboration with the project manager, and ensure monitoring;

• Ensure monitoring and control of costs;

• Monitoring of essential quality;

• Coordinate scopes of work with the project management team and follow up with subcontractors on site;

• Ensure compliance with health and safety as a team with the prevention agent.

Qualifications and Abilities:

• Minimum of 5 years of superintendent experience

• Rigorous in the quality of work

• Excellent leadership skills, proactivity, good management of priorities and stress, good communication;

• Skilled with computers and the MS Office suite;

• ASP card construction required.

Remuneration: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year

Experience:

Industrial construction: 5 years (Mandatory)
